In 2014 we ventured out and contracted a
company in Europe to supply us with Biofeedback devices to our specifications. From that time we have sold many of our devices and produced many famous videos like "Experience a Diacom Scan", "Classroom: NLS Technology" and "Join the Diacom-USA Team". Unfortunately this outsourcing had a major drawback: dishonesty, and not just the major reason, many of our intellectual property was stolen and counterfeited including our unique training, and so in 2016 we decided to stop overseas development and start with an all new Technology built "in-house" the we started from the ground up. Today we produce in the USA the new technology suite, we call it NLS Technology.
Diacom USA Trademark - since 2005

After 4 failed attempts, the US Trademark Board gave DIACOM-SCAM a Final Notice that he lost. Just to show more evidence on how dishonest the Company "Khachatur Mkrtchyan - Diacom Technology" is they also attempted to counterfeit our Biostar NLS logo. Read more below....

As shown below, the artwork of Ulysses Sheretov, was deliberately counterfeited by the company "Khachatur Mkrtchyan - Diacom Technology" - to use for themselves.
But if you think the dishonesty ended there, it continued. When we discovered the fraud that was committed, Biostar Technology provided the the evidence against Oleh Molyovko, and when his attempt to counterfeit our Trademark Logo was about to be canceled, "Khachatur Mkrtchyan - Diacom Technology" and Oleh Molyovko conspired a new lie. They enlisted an a person by the name of Olga Slepenuk. You can see that Olga happens to have been certified by "Khachatur Mkrtchyan - Diacom Technology" on November 7, 2016. Oleh Molyovko and Olga Slepenuk commit fraud to the Czech Trademark Board
We were notified on August 30, 2017 by the Czech Trademark board that Oleh Molyovko and Olga Slepenuk we working together since 2013 to allegedly sell BIOSTAR NLS devices. They forged a Fake Contract and submitted this false evidence to the Czech Trademark board, for the dishonest company "Khachatur Mkrtchyan - Diacom Technology".

As a result of all the Fraud, Lies and Dishonesty of Oleh Molyovko, Olga Slepenuk and "Khachatur Mkrtchyan - Diacom Technology" - the Czech Trademark board Ruled in Favor of Biostar Technology and Negatively terminated after the publication (see photo below)
DIACOM-NLS DISCONTINUED IN USA

Diacom-NLS devices are officially discontinued in the USA, Canada, Mexico and Korea - and as of Dec 15, 2016 our company will no longer perform upgrades or installations. We will however, continue to support Diacom-NLS devices via email and monthly online support webcasts until 2019. Diacom Worldwide Counterfeiting
While our name has been used since before 2005 (see our Diacom-USA Trademark) The name "Diacom" and similar devices are one of the most counterfeited devices on the market. Moreover, Counterfeit Diacom devices are now made in China and Spain of very low quality. Most consumers are not aware that these devices we originally hacked copies from Russia. Nowadays they come with spyware that allows the manufacturer to view into your computer at anytime and also disable or "blacklist" your
device so they are completely unusable. Unfortunately most of these counterfeiters are targeting low price buyers and many Latin American countries, saddly taking advantage of unsuspecting consumers. The way to identify these dishonest companies is simple:
- Look out for exaggerated claims that they are the inventors or original company.
- Look out for fake or expired certifications.
- Look out for the use or sale of "fake Diplomas" or if they are using fake PhD to pass themselves as doctors or specialists. (see below).
- Look out for false claims of being able to cure diseases or treatment of disease.
- Look out for low for extremely low prices, more often they are quick to break.
Diacom in China is where it all Began
Chinese Companies that make Diacom Devices are a constant problem in the industry. Also though you may see claims that devices are produced elsewhere like Russia and Europe, you can never be certain. Some ex-distributors of NLS devices have denounced the wrongdoings of the company they worked for. How to identify if I have a Counterfeit Copy?
Most consumers are unaware that the Diacom devices today are being sold as the so-called "original device". For the most part this is not true - perhaps is should be called the "original counterfeit". Most of the time, you can not tell you are purchasing a fake. But our experts at Diacom-USA created a short video on how the original software looked like.
